The design process has been both educational and challenging. The challenges were highlighting and uniting the contrasts. Merging the organic Douglas Fir and the industrially produced iron. It was about maintaining the exclusive look, yet cultivating the minimalism. Finally it was about getting the angle right between table top and legs to make it fully functional.
